Abstract

El plan de negocios se desarrolló para implementarse en el año 2024, sosteniendo como propuesta la creación de un Centro de Bienestar y Medicina Preventiva, que se dedicará a la prestación de servicios de salud bajo un enfoque funcional, además de ofertar un servicio de restaurante saludable bajo la línea de giro del negocio. Estará ubicado en la ciudad de Quito, parroquia Cumbayá, sector valle norte de la capital, dando de esta manera, una respuesta a la necesidad de la población de prevenir enfermedades y alcanzar un alto nivel de vitalidad y consecuente calidad de vida a futuro. Los objetivos del presente proyecto se centran en 2 ejes, el empresarial desde el cual se desea obtener rentabilidad económica, así como reconocimiento y posicionamiento en el mercado como una institución transformador de la salud y, el eje dirigido a los clientes , potenciales pacientes del centro, de quienes se espera su aceptación, además de permitirnos ser un apoyo para el fortalecimiento de su salud a través de servicios de calidad.
