Verificación de la Gestión del Manejo y Almacenamiento de Repuestos y Aceites Lubricantes Usados en una Concesionaria Automotriz

Abstract

El problema de la contaminación ambiental abarca muchas áreas, dentro de las cuales está la parte de los trabajos que se realizan en los talleres y concesionarias automotrices, mismos que requieren de materiales e insumos que luego deben ser tratados adecuadamente, para evitar problemas de contaminación. El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo evaluar la eficiencia y efectividad en el manejo y almacenamiento de repuestos y aceites lubricantes usados en una concesionaria automotriz. Se busca identificar posibles áreas de mejora y posibilitar en un futuro implementar prácticas sostenibles que promuevan un manejo responsable y seguro de los residuos generados por la actividad del negocio. Para lo cual se realiza una revisión exhaustiva de los conceptos y las teorías relacionadas, inicialmente se realiza un diagnóstico para comprender el proceso actual de manejo y almacenamiento de repuestos y aceites lubricantes usados en la concesionaria. The objective of this project is to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness in the handling and storage of spare parts and used lubricating oils in an automotive dealership. It seeks to identify possible areas for improvement and make it possible in the future to implement sustainable practices that promote responsible and safe management of the waste generated by business activity. For which an exhaustive review of the concepts and related theories is carried out, initially a diagnosis is made to understand the current process of handling and storage of spare parts and used lubricating oils in the dealership.
