Estudio de factibilidad para evaluar la necesidad de Transporte comercial en la modalidad de carga liviana Para el cantón Atahualpa, provincia de el Oro

Abstract

Este trabajo investigativo tiene como propósito desarrollar Estudio de Factibilidad de Transporte Comercial en la Modalidad de Carga Liviana del cantón Atahualpa, provincia de El Oro, Para obtener resultados veraces, utilizamos los lineamientos emitidos por la Agencia Nacional de Tránsito, y con la información recopilada se efectuó investigación de la realidad actual del cantón, determinando que existe un desequilibrio entre la oferta y la demanda en el servicio en esta modalidad, ya que no existe ninguna operadora legalmente constituida, produciendo demanda insatisfecha en las parroquias Paccha, Ayapamba, Cordoncillo, Milagro, San José y Cerro Azul. De ahí que, sobre la base de los resultados obtenidos, se instaura la posibilidad de crear una operadora (compañía o cooperativa) de transporte de carga liviana, con la intención de compensar las necesidades de transporte de la población, para lo cual se debe cumplir con requisitos y normas legales para el efecto. The purpose of this investigative work is to develop a Feasibility Study for Commercial Transport in the Light Load Modality of the Atahualpa canton, El Oro province. To obtain accurate results, we use the guidelines issued by the National Transit Agency, and with the information collected, we carried out an investigation of the current reality of the canton, determining that there is an imbalance between supply and demand in the service in this modality, since there is no legally constituted operator, producing unsatisfied demand in the parishes of Paccha, Ayapamba, Cordoncillo, Milagro, San Jose and Cerro Azul. Hence, based on the results obtained, the possibility of creating a light cargo transport operator (company or cooperative) is established, with the intention of compensating for the transport needs of the population, for which the with legal requirements and regulations for that purpose.
