En la práctica se evidencia la complejidad en el proceso de recepción de motocicletas a la entidad gubernamental, como también se constataron inconvenientes que se presentan en la entrega de las unidades; el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar inconvenientes que se presentan en la actividad de recepción y entrega de motocicletas para el diseño de un proceso de mejora en ambas actividades mediante la aplicación de prácticas que permitan llevar de mejor manera la actividad, beneficiando al usuario de dicha entidad como también al taller de motocicletas.
