Recyplast, bloques para la construcción de plástico reciclado

Abstract

Este proyecto presenta el desarrollo de bloques para construcción, producidos 100% con plásticos reciclados con los siguientes objetivos: (1) ser una solución definitiva para el reciclado de plásticos difíciles de recolectar y reutilizar y (2) ofrecer una alternativa con mejor costo-tiempo de construcción. Recyplast, es un producto, que busca solucionar la construcción de viviendas eco amigables y económicas. Ofreciendo cuatro tamaños disponibles, que responderán a las medidas necesarias para la construcción de una vivienda. Los bloques Recyplast son durables, resistentes al fuego, impermeables, termoacústicos, antisísmicos y aislantes del calor y frío a las condiciones externas. Para producirlos se utilizará Polietilenos y Polipropilenos, que se encuentran en envases de químicos, agroquímicos, aceites y que son difíciles de destruir o reutilizar. El proceso consiste en recolectar los envases plásticos, luego triturarlos para que estén aptos para el proceso, este material se funde y se adapta al molde dando forma a los bloques. La anatomía de estos bloques es similar a la de un Lego, conectándose entre sí a través de los tacos de un ladrillo en el anti taco de otro. Este sistema facilita la construcción de viviendas. Una vez ensamblados, éstos se rellenan con cemento para dar soporte adicional a la construcción. The anatomy of these blocks is like a Lego, connecting with each other through the tacos of a brick in the anti -taco of another. This system facilitates housing construction. Once assembled, these are filled with cement to give additional support to construction.
