La República popular China y su aporte al desarrollo de la infraestructura de la república islámica de Pakistán a partir de la iniciativa económico-comercial de la franja y la ruta

Abstract

La construcción económica es la clave para la expansión regional de China, gracias al constante y rápido crecimiento económico después de la aplicación de las enmiendas económicas y la apertura al mundo exterior, la transformación y el consecuente ascenso se hizo notable, creciendo a tal punto de ubicarse en el segundo puesto mundial. Del mismo modo, su crecimiento militar e influencia política ha sido predominante desde las primeras décadas del siglo XXI convirtiéndose en una potencia con intereses globales y una creciente proyección exterior, especialmente en los ámbitos de inversión y comercio, que han incrementado debido al uso de herramientas geopolíticas y geoeconómicas que le permiten a China no solo crear nuevos accesos comerciales, sino también incrementar su poder económico, sobre todo en la región del Sur de Asia, la cual es una zona estratégica para su continua expansión económica, sobre todo en el tema comercial, puesto que se encuentra en marcha uno de los megaproyectos más importantes de su administración: La iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta (IFR). En ese contexto, China ha desplegado nuevas herramientas económicas de carácter geopolítico, como el Banco Asiático de Inversiones en Infraestructura (AIIB), el Banco de Desarrollo de China, el Banco de China, el Banco Industrial y Comercial de China, entre otras agencias, que le han permitido expandirse no sólo económicamente, sino también militar y políticamente en los países enlazados a la Iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta, como es el caso de Pakistán que ha recibido grandes cantidades de inversión en infraestructura para su desarrollo. Economic construction is the key to China's regional expansion, thanks to the constant and rapid economic growth after the implementation of the economic amendments and the opening to the outside world, the transformation and consequent rise became remarkable, growing to the point of ranking second in the world. Likewise, its military growth and political influence has been predominant since the first decades of the 21st century, becoming a power with global interests and a growing external projection, especially in the areas of investment and trade, which have increased due to the use of geopolitical and geoeconomic tools that allow China not only to create new commercial access, but also to increase its economic power, especially in the South Asian region, which is a strategic area for its continued economic expansion, especially in the commercial area, since one of the most important megaprojects of its administration is underway: The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). In this context, China has deployed new geopolitical economic tools, such as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), the China Development Bank, the Bank of China, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, among other agencies, which have allowed it to expand not only economically, but also militarily and politically in the countries linked to the Belt and Road Initiative, as is the case of Pakistan, which has received large amounts of investment in infrastructure for its development.
