Evaluación de la presencia del Estado en Samaniego, Colombia, posacuerdo de paz y justicia transicional

Abstract

La historia de Colombia en los últimos 60 años ha estado marcada por la incesante violencia y el quebrantamiento de la paz. La existencia de zonas estratégicas debido a sus características geográficas, políticas e históricas en varios departamentos de Colombia ha dificultado la aplicación del acuerdo de paz. El objetivo central de la investigación es determinar si el acuerdo de paz y la justicia transicional como mecanismos de construcción de paz han contribuido a la disminución del control de los grupos armados en el municipio de Samaniego. El abandono del Estado municipal, la incapacidad de recuperar los territorios dejados por las FARC y la ausencia acuerdos de paz con los grupos disidentes de es un problema que caracteriza a Samaniego. Colombia's history over the last 60 years has been marked by incessant violence and the breakdown of peace. The existence of strategic zones due to their geographic, political, and historical characteristics in several Colombian departments has hindered the implementation of the peace agreement. The central objective of the research is to determine whether the peace agreement and transitional justice as peace-building mechanisms have contributed to the decrease in the control of armed groups in the municipality of Samaniego. The abandonment of the municipal state, the inability to recover the territories left by the FARC and the absence of peace agreements with dissident groups is a problem that characterizes Samaniego.
