In the present investigation, a study was carried out between a chemical treatment and additives to analyze which of these factors and proportions generate a lower µ between the mechanical parts of an internal combustion engine and observe which of these elements to study produce a better vehicle performance. A quantitative, comparative, theoretical and field investigation was carried out taking the data of three different anti-friction chemical components, a friction equipment calibrated under ASTM standards was used. Three points in common were analyzed, which are F and critical F that generated the confirmation of the investigation, the variance to obtain a sample of the magnitude of the chemical treatment and the connection between the variables obtained, where the chemical treatment generates a considerable gap on the additives. Therefore, chemical treatment is more effective. It has better temperature resistance compared to 45.95% additives. Consequently, in the force phase, a result of 62.53% was obtained in relation to the applied force of the other additives and the friction produced by the chemical treatment is 62.50% greater than the additive, being directly proportional to the applied force, which generates a margin of error of ± 0.03%, since the data were taken in the LAB and verified, to reduce the margin of error to the maximum. | es |
