Modelo gerencial para el servicio consulta externa del Centro de Salud DBU-UTN en el periodo enero-junio 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación se encuentra direccionada a la propuesta de un modelo gerencial para el servicio de consulta externa del Centro de Salud DBU-UTN en el periodo enero-junio 2021, enfocándose en el análisis de la situación actual del área de consulta externa y consecuentemente del estudio de las necesidades de la comunidad universitaria con relación a los servicios que brinda esta área, además se recalca la contribución de manera teórica de que un modelo gerencial es una estrategia de gestión a nivel empresarial, es decir puede constituir tanto el área operativa como la financiera, contable, recursos humanos, gestión, producción, etc., de tal manera que permite el desarrollo de un enfoque a nivel de planificación estratégica total, se aplicó una metodología con enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y explicativo que genera la correcta aplicación del instrumento a través de una encuesta que permitió delimitar como principales necesidades de los estudiantes, se recalcan como prioritarios la creación de una nueva área de ginecología y psicología ya que al ser parte de la investigación un mayor número de género femenino ven la necesidad de este tipo de servicio que sea oportuno y que se encuentre al alcance de todas las estudiantes, de igual manera el contar con convenios tanto con instituciones públicas como privadas permite un mejoramiento de la atención y cuidado de la salud. The current investigation is directed to the proposal of a managerial model for the outpatient service of the DBU-UTN Health Center between January-June 2021. they are focus analyzing current situation of the outpatient center area at health DBU UTN and consequently of the study of the needs of the students in relation to the services provided by the outpatient área of the DBU UTN health center, in addition, the theoretical contribution that a management model is a management strategy is emphasized. At the business level that can be constituted to both the operational area and financial, accounting, human resources, management, production, etc., in such a way allows the development of an approach at the level of total strategic planning a methodology was applied with quantitative approach and application of descriptive and explanatory research that generates the correct application of the instrument through a survey that allowed to define the main needs of the students in relation to the services provided by the DBU UTN health center outpatient area. the creation of a new area of gynecology and psychology is emphasized as a priority, being part of the investigation a greater number of female gender, seeing all the needs for this type of service being timely and available to all students, same way having agreements with both public and private institutions allows an improvement of the attention and Health care.
