Diseño de un sistema de gestión para riesgos psicosociales en las direcciones de la subsecretaría de gobierno electrónico y registro civil

Abstract

El diseño de un Sistema de Gestión para riesgos psicosociales en la Subsecretaria de Gobierno Electrónico y Registro Civil, del Ministerio de Telecomunicaciones y de la Sociedad de la Información (MINTEL), se basa en los requerimientos establecidos en la norma internacional ISO 45003:2020; y, a través de un diagnóstico se determina la situación actual de las Direcciones que conforman la Subsecretaría de Gobierno Electrónico y Registro Civil. (MINTEL, 2020). Cabe indicar que la institución no ha realizado este tipo de estudios desde el año 2017, debido a las medidas de austeridad que atraviesa la función ejecutiva. La identificación y evaluación de los principales riesgos psicosociales que afectan el desempeño de los servidores de la Subsecretaría en mención permitirá la elaboración de planes, programas y proyectos que reduzcan, minimicen y controlen los riesgos psicosociales de mayor incidencia. El presente instrumento de gestión es puesto en consideración al delegado de la Máxima Autoridad institucional, para su análisis, autorización y aplicación en la Subsecretaría de Gobierno Electrónico y Registro Civil. Por lo que se concluye que el presente proyecto aporta significativamente al mejoramiento de las condiciones psicosociales de los servidores de las Direcciones que conforman la Subsecretaría.” The design of a Management System for psychosocial risks in the Undersecretary of Electronic Government and Civil Registry, of the Ministry of Telecommunications and the Information Society, is based on the requirements established in the international standard ISO 45003: 2020; and, through a diagnosis, the current situation of the Directorates that make up the Subsecretaría de Gobierno Electrónico y Registro Civil is determined. (MINTEL, 2020) It should be noted that the institution has not carried out this type of study since 2017, due to the austerity measures that the executive function is going through. The identification and evaluation of the main psychosocial risks that affect the performance of the servers of the Subsecretaría de Gobierno Electrónico y Registro Civil in question, will allow the development of plans, programs and projects that reduce, minimize and control the psychosocial risks of greater incidence. This management instrument is put into consideration by the delegate of the Highest Institutional Authority, for analysis, authorization and application in the Subsecretaría de Gobierno Electrónico y Registro Civil. Therefore, it is concluded that this project contributes significantly to the improvement of the psychosocial conditions of the servers of the Directorates that make up the Subsecretaría de Gobierno Electrónico y Registro Civil.
