Aplicación de criterios bioclimáticos en la intervención del grand hotel Loja, ubicado en la ciudad de Loja

Abstract

La crisis ambiental se ha extendido de manera global, afectando a los seres vivos en general, por lo que se hace necesario la toma de conciencia de todos para la protección del medio donde habitamos y realizamos nuestras actividades. Con este trabajo de investigación aspiro a pasar de espectador a actor en la causa por el medio ambiente aportando con mis conocimientos de Arquitectura. Tomando como base la actividad hotelera que por su propia naturaleza genera el consumo de energía, generación de residuos y otro tipo de contaminantes dados desde el mismo momento de que se inició la construcción del edificio planificado sin tomar en cuenta el diseño bioclimático. La presente investigación está dirigida al planteamiento de una propuesta de rediseño arquitectónico del Grand Hotel Loja, desde la aplicación de criterios bioclimáticos, para la cual será necesario la obtención de información de diversas fuentes confiables, documentos internos de la empresa, y otros que den sustento técnico. Se restructurará la organización espacial, se propondrá nuevos espacios enfocándose principalmente en las necesidades humanas actuales y el contexto natural existente, tomando en cuenta requerimientos necesarios de innovación hotelera trabajando bajo un concepto de “Bio Hotel”, consistirá en trabajar con lo existente y en lo posible modificar para llegar a su máxima funcionalidad y eficiencia energética del edificio de los diferentes espacios. This research is aimed at proposing a proposal for the architectural redesign of the Grand Hotel Loja, from the application of bioclimatic criteria, for which it will be necessary to obtain information from various reliable sources, internal company documents, and others that provide support. technical. The spatial organization will be restructured, new spaces will be proposed focusing mainly on current human needs and the existing natural context, taking into account the necessary requirements of hotel innovation working under a concept of "Bio Hotel", it will consist of working with the existing and the Possible to modify to reach its maximum functionality and energy efficiency of the building of the different spaces.
