Diseño de herramienta tecnológica enfocado en la logística para el proceso de transporte pesado

Abstract

El sector logístico se ha posicionado como un actor preponderante en torno al comercio, puesto que, se ha convertido en el pilar de los negocios físicos y digitales. En la actualidad, el transporte pesado se encuentra atravesando una crisis, debido a los altos costos de operación como: diésel, llantas e insumos y, por otro lado, por el congelamiento de las tarifas durante los años. Los transportistas que realizan logística de movimiento de carga pesada se encuentran desarrollando sus actividades en una pseudo informalidad ya que cada persona trabaja individualmente sin oportunidad a conseguir nuevos clientes o mayor rentabilidad. Es importante mencionar que, el negocio se mueve en base a los contactos que se va generando a través del tiempo, lo que resulta en un nuevo actor que son subcontratantes los cuales comisionan por el viaje que realiza otro transportista. Para los dueños de la carga es muy importante tener la seguridad de que su mercancía llegue en las condiciones correctas desde los diferentes puertos del país hacia sus bodegas. La propuesta para enfrentar esta importante problemática, es diseñar una herramienta tecnológica que digitalice el proceso de contratación de transporte pesado acorde a los lineamientos de los clientes lo cual, sin duda, ayudará a generar mayores oportunidades para los transportistas. On the other hand, the rates have been maintained during the last years The shippers that carry out heavy cargo movement logistics are developing their activities in a pseudoinformality since each person works individually without the opportunity to get new clients or greater profitability. It is important to mention that the business moves based on contacts that they generated over time, which results in a new actor who are “subcontractors” who commission for the trip made by another carrier. For cargo owners, it is very important to be sure that their merchandise arrives in the correct conditions from the different ports of the country to their warehouses. The proposal to face this important problem is to design a technological tool that digitizes the heavy transport contracting process according to the guidelines of the clients, without a doubt this proposal Will help generate greater opportunities for carriers.
