Propuesta metodológica para el análisis de referentes en función del estudio de proyectos desarrollados por los estudiantes de la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador-sede Loja en los últimos 5 años

Abstract

La función más importante de la investigación y el estudio de referentes es la identificación de los aspectos y variables que inciden en la proyección. La investigación presentada se desarrolló a partir de un problema centrado en la deficiencia de diseño, la falta de carácter analítico y el aporte del referente arquitectónico. En torno a esto, la investigación cuyo objetivo está orientado al estudio teórico-práctico de referentes arquitectónicos en el enfoque metodológico del proceso de diseño de proyectos residenciales que permita al estudiante incorporar esos conocimientos como insumos para su proceso de diseño. Cabe destacar que este trabajo tiene un enfoque investigativo y aporte crítico, por lo que la metodología utilizada es de carácter mixto como parte del proceso exploratorio donde se toman en consideración todos los casos de estudio correspondientes al repositorio digital de la UIDE-sede Loja, con la con el fin de establecer la evidencia documental disponible en fuentes primarias y secundarias. Este análisis se basa en la recolección de información proveniente de una revisión bibliográfica, la clasificación de la vivienda, la codificación de archivos, la comparación y contraste de casos para generar las pautas básicas de análisis que nos permitan sintetizar la información, definir los conjuntos de indicadores y finalmente la aplicación de la metodología orientada a la verificación. Los resultados de la investigación permitieron proporcionar los elementos para el planteamiento de la metodología, donde la información favorece el conocimiento de las variables del proyecto arquitectónico acordes con la especialidad de manera que puedan esclarecer y facilitar los complejos procesos de diseño arquitectónico y permitir la posterior reconstrucción del proceso analítico en relación con el referente. Around this, the research whose objective is oriented to the theoretical-practical study of architectural referents in the methodological approach to the design process of residential projects that allows the student to incorporate this knowledge as input for their design process. It should be noted that this work has an investigative approach and critical contribution, so the methodology used is of a mixed nature as part of the exploratory process where all the case studies corresponding to the UIDE repository and the BAQ publications are taken into consideration. in order to establish the documentary evidence available in primary and secondary sources. This analysis is based on the collection of information from a bibliographic review, the classification of housing, the coding of files, the comparison and contrast of cases to generate the basic guidelines for analysis that allow us to synthesize the information, define the sets of indicators and finally the application of the verification-oriented methodology. The results of the research allowed to provide the elements for the approach of the methodology, where the information favors the knowledge of the variables of the architectural project according to the specialty so that they can clarify and facilitate the complex processes of architectural design and allow the subsequent reconstruction of the analytical process in relation to the referent.
