Impacto en los balances de una Compañía Farmacéutica con la aplicación de las NIIF16 en la adquisición de vehículos vía renting o mediante compra directa en la ciudad de Quito

Abstract

RESUMEN EJECUTIVO El presente trabajo en el cual se analiza el “Impacto en los Balances de una Compañía Farmacéutica con la Aplicación de las NIIF16 en la Adquisición de Vehículos Vía Renting o Mediante Compra Directa en la Ciudad de Quito” permite realizar un análisis exhaustivo antes de la toma de una decisión financiera dentro de la empresa. Se realiza una revisión pormenorizada de la normativa actual con el fin de poder encontrar la opción que más le convenga financieramente a la empresa tanto en el primer año como en el periodo final de depreciación del bien a adquirir. Se concluye que la elección del método por opción de compra es la alternativa que mejor se ajusta a la realidad económica y contable de la empresa en el presente, debido a que los resultados en los Estados Financieros demuestran que la utilidad que generaría es mayor a la opción de renting desde el año inicial, adicionalmente en el análisis de los índices financieros se demuestra que la compañía tiene un nivel óptimo para poder hacer frente a sus obligaciones a corto y largo plazo. Se destaca que con esta figura la compañía tendría un mayor flujo de caja durante los cinco años analizados y la opción de compra de los automóviles que tendrían los visitadores a médicos sería a un valor mínimo residual por debajo del precio del mercado, y esto impactará de manera positiva al personal con el fin de mantenerles concentrados y motivados en la generación de demanda y venta de los medicamentos que es su principal actividad. The present work in which the "Impact on the Balance Sheets of a Pharmaceutical Company with the Application of IFRS16 in the Acquisition of Vehicles Via Renting or Through Direct Purchase in the City of Quito" is analyzed allows an exhaustive analysis before taking of a financial decision within the company. A detailed review of the current regulations is carried out in order to be able to find the option that best suits the company financially both in the first year and in the final period of depreciation of the asset to be acquired. It is concluded that the choice of the method by purchase option is the alternative that best adjusts to the economic and accounting reality of the company at present, because the results in the Financial Statements show that the profit it would generate is greater than the option of renting from the initial year, additionally in the analysis of the financial indices it is shown that the company has an optimal level to be able to face its obligations in the short and long term. It is highlighted that with this figure the company should have a greater cash flow during the five years analyzed and the option to purchase the cars that the medical visitors would have would be a minimum residual value below the market price, and this will impact significantly positive to the staff in order to keep them focused and motivated in the generation of demand and sale of the drugs that is their main activity.
