Propuesta de intervención arquitectónica del colegio de bachillerato 27 de febrero de la ciudad de Loja

Abstract

Este proyecto de intervención se sitúa en la ciudad de Loja, ubicada actualmente en la parroquia Punzara en las calles Tomas Rodrigo Torres y John F. Kennedy , la institución educativa fue construida hace ya más de 50 años, la cual cuenta con una serie de bloques que han sido construidos de manera progresiva, en la actualidad consta con una población estudiantil de 1181, los cuales laboran en dos secciones, matutina y vespertina cuenta con un área de terreno de 16534.00 m2, en la actualidad no ha sido intervenida pero existe la necesidad de una intervención arquitectónica debido a la sobre población estudiantil existente en la misma. Para ello se propone realizar una zonificación del colegio centrándose en las actividades principales que desarrollan los estudiantes y personas que ocupan la institución por lo cual se propone una desjerarquización de espacios donde el colegio no cuente con un espacio principal si no que se subdivida mediante plazas donde se puedan reunir los estudiantes, espacios libres como áreas verdes, para así vincular la pedagogía con el área verde natural. Por lo cual se estratificarán tres espacios que se desarrollarán a lo largo del terreno: la parte administrativa en la parte frontal, el área recreacional en la parte intermedia y la parte educacional en la parte posterior del terreno manteniendo circulaciones tanto horizontales como verticales que integren todas las áreas del mismo.This intervention project is located in the city of Loja, currently in the Punzara parish on Tomas Rodrigo Torres and John F. For this, it is proposed to carry out a zoning of the school focusing on the main activities carried out by students and people who occupy the institution, for which a de-hierarchization of spaces is proposed where the school does not have a main space but is subdivided by places where students can meet, free spaces as green, in order to link the pedagogy with the natural green area. Therefore, three spaces will be stratified that will be developed along the land: the administrative part in the front part, the recreational area in the middle part and the educational part in the back part of the land, maintaining both horizontal and vertical circulations that integrate all the areas of it.
