Estudio de Implementación Técnica de Elevadores Hidráulicos para el Taller Mecánico “Bárcenas” en la Ciudad de Milagro, Provincia del Guayas

Abstract

Este proyecto investigativo se basa en una propuesta de implementación de elevadores hidráulicos al “Taller Mecánico Bárcenas” localizado en la ciudad de Milagro, provincia del Guayas. En este proyecto se detallarán los procesos adquisición, de implementación y las técnicas a seguir por parte del personal de dicho establecimiento. Este trabajo investigativo se realizará mediante recolección de datos y especificaciones que nos ayudarán a tener una interpretación y análisis más profundo de los resultados que se obtendrán de la investigación de campo. La recolección de datos determina la importancia de implementar los elevadores hidráulicos dentro de las instalaciones del Taller Mecánico “Bárcenas”, en la cual se establecen objetivos a seguir que corroboran con la necesidad de implementar este tipo de maquinaria. Todo esto con la ayuda de un programa asistido por computadora, que nos dará la información necesaria para su manejo. Mediante una aplicación de programas de computación en específico AutoCAD 2020, se realizará el plano del taller y las áreas específicas donde se realizará el estudio. Además, hemos realizado un estudio económico en el cual se detallan los ingresos y gastos que representan la ejecución del proyecto, y a la vez este cálculo determinara la factibilidad del estudio. Este proyecto ha sido evaluado con una herramienta económica denominada Van-Tir, misma que determina la viabilidad de este estudio basánd ose en los ingresos, egresos y rendimiento económico con una proyección de 3 años y también mostrando cual es el costo de inversión. Finalmente se dan a conocer las conclusiones y recomendaciones obtenidas del desarrollo del trabajo de titulación. This research project is based on a proposal for the implementation of hydraulic lifts to the “Bárcenas Mechanical Workshop” located in the city of Milagro, Guayas province. This project will detail the acquisition and implementation processes and the techniques to be followed by the personnel of said establishment. This investigative work will be carried out through data collection and specifications that will help us to have a deeper interpretation and analysis of the results that will be obtained from the field investigation. The data collection determines the importance of implementing hydraulic lifts within the facilities of the “Bárcenas” mechanical workshop, in which objectives to be followed that corroborate the need to implement this type of machinery were achieved. All this with the help of a computer-assisted program, which will give us the necessary information for its management. Through an application of specific computer programs AutoCAD 2020, the plan of the workshop and the specific areas where the study will be carried out will be made. In addition, we have carried out an economic study in which the income and expenses that represent the execution of the project are detailed, and once this calculation determines the feasibility of the study. This project has been evaluated with an economic tool called Van Tir, which determines the viability of this study depending on income, expenses and economic performance with a projection of 3 years and also showing what the investment cost is. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations obtained from the development of the degree work are disclosed.
