Potenciamiento de las capacidades dinámicas de innovación en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “Padre Julián Lorente”, para apalancar su modelo de transformación digital como ventaja competitiva empresarial

Abstract

Resumen Ejecutivo El desarrollo de la presente investigación se encuentra enfocado hacia el análisis de las variables de innovación y gestión del conocimiento y su incidencia en la transformación digital de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “Padre Julián Lorente”, de la ciudad de Loja, 2021. Los datos que se obtuvieron del tipo de investigación descriptiva y exploratoria, arrojaron un nivel de confiablidad más que aceptable, con lo cual en el siguiente capítulo se podrá ejecutar la interpretación y representación de los datos. La muestra que se determinó mediante muestreo por juicio, a razón de que la investigación es de carácter cualitativa, colaboró de manera abierta y participa, teniendo como resultado 34 encuestas correctamente llenadas. Tal información proporcionada por el staff gerencial, contó con el correspondiente consentimiento informado mediante la manifestación expresa de la persona consciente de su participación en la investigación, a sabiendas los riesgos, beneficios, consecuencias o problemas que se puedan presentar durante el desarrollo de la investigación en la cual participa. Los resultados obtenidos fueron observados con la prueba estadística de rho de Spearman por lo que se evidencia un nivel de relacionamiento sumamente elevado entre las variables de análisis, es decir entre innovación y transformación digital, así como gestión del conocimiento y transformación digital: Abstract The development of this research is focused on the analysis of innovation and knowledge management variables and their impact on the digital transformation of the “Padre Julián Lorente” Savings and Credit Cooperative, of the city of Loja, 2021. The data obtained from the descriptive and exploratory type of research, yielded a more than acceptable level of reliability, with which in the next chapter the interpretation and representation of the data can be executed. The sample that was determined by trial sampling, a reason that the research is qualitative in nature, collaborated openly and participates, resulting in 34 correctly filled out surveys. Such information provided by the management staff, had the informed consent through the express manifestation of the person aware of their participation in the research, knowing the risks, benefits, consequences or problems that may arise during the development of the research in the which participates. The results obtained were observed with the Spearman rho statistical test, which shows an extremely high level of relationship between the analysis variables, that is, between innovation and digital transformation, as well as knowledge management and digital transformation
