Abstract

Plan de negocio para la fabricación, comercialización, instalación y mantenimiento de dispositivo automático de riego de jardines (BOTGARDENER), en domicilios y áreas comunes de urbanizaciones privadas ubicadas en la parroquia urbana satélite “La Aurora” del Cantón Daule.Abstract The business plan includes the manufacture, marketing, installation and maintenance of the BOTGARDENER device, which will be implemented in control points for opening and closing the flow of water supply both in common green areas, as well as in home gardens located within of private condominiums of the satellite parish "La Aurora" of Canton Daule, whose sector is made up of 28 urbanizations. The BOTGARDENER device will use an Arduino board and electronic devices which, together, will allow to open and close the control of the water supply in the base to the temperature and humidity of the climate, issuing follow-up reports to their owners. For its commercialization, it is contemplated to develop an e-commerce web portal, which allows both the promotion of the product, as well as the sales transactions. The option of maintenance plans for both the device and its electronic components will be considered; monthly in order to provide the product warranty. As an additional benefit, the real-time control of the operation of the BOTGARDENER device is considered, through the development of an APP installed on the owners' mobile terminals.
