Creación de una línea de productos aptos para el contacto con alimentos ecológicos en la empresa ZEUSPLASTIC CÍA. LTDA. 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como fin crear una nueva línea de producto ecológico en la empresa Zeusplastic Compañía de Responsabilidad Limitada, ubicada en la provincia de Pichincha en la parroquia Ponciano dentro del distrito metropolitano de Quito. Para poder cumplir este propósito es necesario recurrir a la información de las nuevas tendencias ecoamigables que se están implementando en varios países de todos los continentes; en especial de aquellos que han tomado la iniciativa y son pioneros en este tipo de temas. “El plástico genera varios problemas en el medio ambiente, uno de los más críticos es su perdurabilidad tras ser desechado. Si bien es cierto que esta característica lo puede mostrar como un producto noble que tarda alrededor de 300 años en descomponerse, el mal manejo de su proceso hace que su destino final sean vertederos, ríos, océanos, entre otros, y los contamine. Esto, a su vez, provoca grandes impactos en los ecosistemas, dado que se pone en riesgo a muchas especies, incluso algunas que se encuentran en peligro de extinción.” (Greenpeace, 2019) En Ecuador se está tomando cada vez más conciencia de estos problemas y las distintas entidades gubernamentales, como el Servicio de Rentas Internas [SRI] y el Ministerio de Ambiente y Recursos Naturales [MAE], trabajan en conjunto para reducir los impactos, sin interferir en los ámbitos sociales y económicos de las empresas que se dedican a la fabricación o distribución de este tipo de artículos. Este es el caso se Zeusplastic Cía. Ltda., que se ha esforzado por encontrar productos que no sean perjudiciales para el medio ambiente. A lo largo de los últimos 10 años la empresa ha implementado materiales y fórmulas que permitan desarrollar productos que aceleren la degradación, con el fin de reducir el tiempo de vida útil de todos los productos que actualmente fabrica y ofrece en el mercado.The purpose of this work is to create a new line of ecological product in the company Zeusplastic Compañía de Responsabilidad Limitada located in the province of Pichincha in the Ponciano parish within the Metropolitan District of Quito. In order to comply with it, it is necessary to resort to information on the new eco-friendly trends that are being implemented in various countries on all continents. On the other hand, in Ecuador they are becoming increasingly aware of these problems and the different government entities such as the Internal Revenue Service (SRI) and the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MAE) are working together to reduce the impacts, without interfering in the social and economic areas of all companies that are engaged in the manufacture or distribution of this type of article. In this way, the company is dedicating efforts to find products that are not harmful to the environment and throughout the last 10 years it has implemented materials and formulations that allow the development of products that accelerate degradation and thus be able to reduce the useful life of all the products that it is currently manufacturing and offering in the market.
