Abstract:	El siguiente articulo define gestión estratégica como la dirección de las organizaciones, resaltando dentro de estas a las empresas, es por eso que el futuro de toda organización depende y es función del conocimiento que tengan sus líderes no solamente de su organización, sino además sobre los conceptos y teorías relacionados a la estrategia. El propósito de este artículo es compartir los aspectos fundamentales de gestión estratégica y los beneficios que la teoría de los juegos puede traer para obtener estrategia de éxito para su organización.
Description:	The following article defines strategic management as the direction of organizations, highlighting within these companies, that is why the future of any organization depends and depends on the knowledge that their leaders have not only your organization but also on concepts and theories related to the strategy. The purpose of this article is to share fundamental aspects of strategic management and the benefits that can bring game theory strategy for success for your organization.
