One of the main problems of micro concrete is its low mechanical characteristics of compression and bending, so in recent years have been studying reinforcement materials that help improve the properties of micro concrete, including fibers obtained from plastic PET type recycled, however, still have low mechanical results, in addition to increasing a minimum amount of PET plastic. Since, the idea is to increase the largest possible amount of plastic, in order to deal with pollution by the high amounts that exist on the planet. Given this scenario, the proposal of a prefabricated panel based on the study of a micro concrete reinforced with PET plastic fibers is proposed, in order to apply a greater amount of plastic and to obtain optimal mechanical results. The present investigation is based on a quantitative methodology (empirical-analytical), since the investigative process is largely experimental, which fulfills the stated objectives. Regarding the results found, it is possible to add PET fiber in a micro-concrete up to 2.21% in relation to the total weight of the mixture, presenting optimal workability and resistance characteristics required by the standard, both bending as in compression, on the contrary, it is necessary to add more PET fiber to obtain a mixture of no workability and its mechanical characteristics are reduced. On the other hand, it is possible to obtain a panel of 120cm x 90cm x 1.5cm and 29 kg of weight, however, it has low mechanical resistance in relation to that required by the Chilean NCh norm, which is why it is considered a non-load bearing panel. Finally, after the analysis between the prefabricated panels, it is determined that the proposed panel in terms of mechanical strengths is below the three panels analyzed.
