Nowadays the vehicles that operate with diesel or diesel oil, take a lot of importance regarding factors such as polluting emissions or the cost of fuel, technological advances have sought to improve the deficiencies that were in the diesel engines, incorporating electromechanical management that help to have a better control during combustion, helping to reduce polluting emissions such as fuel consumption and in turn generate greater benefits for it. In the systems of common rail regulates the times of injection without depending on the regime or load that has the engine. Offering several advantages compared to a fully mechanical direct injection system. For this the common rail system uses quick acting injectors such as piezoelectric and electromechanical injectors. The development of the present project consists of studying the behavior of the Bosch brand electromechanical injectors, determining under what parameters the injector must work without generating problems during the injection. For there will be tools and equipment to check the good performance of the injector among them are: EPS 200, Finest 1006 Oscilloscope, and Bosch automotive multimeter, these teams will determine that the injector is within a range of work established by the maker. The results obtained by the bank EPS 200 will allow to evaluate the injector with respect to the measurement of injection and return flows, these parameters being more important when determining which elements cause the greatest problems in the diesel injection.
