Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa de venta de helados y bebidas en la Parroquia Pacayacu, perteneciente al Cantón Lago Agrio, Provincia de Sucumbíos

Abstract

Resumen Ejecutivo El presente plan de negocio evalúa la creación de la empresa Heladería Torres en la parroquia Pacayacu, cantón Lago Agrio, provincia de Sucumbíos, con unas características altas en competitividad y sostenibilidad, este proyecto tendrá como actividad económica la preparación y servicio a la mesa de comidas preparadas; el concepto de negocio consiste en ofrecer bebidas y helados al paladar de las familias lugareñas y visitantes de la parroquia, como servicio complementario en su alimentación cotidiana y especialmente los fines de semana en familia. La heladería que lleva como nombre Heladería Torres, ofrecerá productos y servicios gastronómicos diferentes e innovadores en comparación de sus competidores con técnicas aprendidas por sus dueños en Italia, acompañada del mejor servicio. La creación de la heladería pretende contribuir con el bienestar de la comunidad, eje fundamental del crecimiento social y económico. Teniendo en cuenta la localización geográfica del establecimiento el mercado objetivo será la población de la parroquia Pacayacu que actualmente es de 9.906 habitantes entre niños, jóvenes adultos y personas de la tercera edad que la conforman y turistas que regularmente visitan la zona. De acuerdo con la investigación se encontró una gran oportunidad de clientes dados los resultados del análisis en cuanto a la baja oferta que actualmente presenta la parroquia frente a este tipo de establecimientos y el creciente número de proyectos de vivienda. Por la naturaleza del negocio los proveedores de materias primas e insumos estarán constituidos por las empresas del sector primario que ofrecen frutas contribuyendo así al con el crecimiento y expansión del mismo y la compra de abarrotes y demás colaborando con el sector secundario. El proyecto hará parte de la cadena productiva y de la infraestructura de servicios turísticos, por lo tanto contribuirá a fortalecer uno de los sectores de la parroquia Pacayacu Abstract This business plan evaluates the creation of the company Heladería Torres in the parish Pacayacu, canton Lago Agrio, Sucumbíos province, with high standards regarding competitiveness and sustainability. The purpose of this project will be to provide served meals in the premises. The concept of the business is offering beverages and ice-cream to indulge the palate of dwellers and visitors alike, as a complimentary service in their daily routine, and especially during the weekend. The ice cream shop “Heladería Torres” will offer different and innovative gastronomic products and services, as compared to its competitors, with techniques learned by its owners in Italy, together with the best service. The creation of the ice cream shop aims at contributing to the well-being of the community, a core area for social and economic growth. Taking into account the geographic location of the establishment, the target market will be the population of the parish Pacayacu, which currently has 9,906 inhabitants, including children, young adults and elderly people, and tourists who regularly visit the area. According to the research, there is a great opportunity for clients given the results of the analysis regarding the low offer existing in the parish of these kinds of establishments and the ever growing number of housing projects. Due to the nature of the business, the suppliers of raw materials and supplies will be made up by companies of the primary sector that offer fruits, thus contributing to the growth and expansion of this sector, and to the purchase of groceries and other products, cooperating with the secondary sector. The project will be part of the productive chain and the infrastructure of touristic services, therefore, it will contribute to the strengthening of one of the sectors of the parish Pacayacu.
