Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como finalidad determinar la factibilidad de diseñar un Centro de Recreación Activo para Adultos Mayores en la parroquia de Tumbaco Provincia Pichincha. En el estudio se resalta que en la parroquia no existen Centros de Recreación de ayuda al Adulto Mayor, por lo que este proyecto es muy factible y beneficioso para la comunidad, ya que existe una población cercana a los 3500 ciudadanos, de la tercera edad. Este proyecto tiene como finalidad realizar una propuesta para satisfacer esa necesidad a través de crear un Centro de Recreación Activo para Adultos Mayores en la Parroquia de Tumbaco. La investigación requerida se realizó mediante la recopilación de información del INEC, que permitieron conocer las necesidades, gustos y preferencias que requieren estas personas.
