Defensa de Caso Práctico Asesinato

Abstract

El presente caso trata sobre una infracción del tipo penal por asesinato en donde el señor Miguel Sánchez, asesina a sus dos hijos María y Miguel Sánchez Gómez, estos hechos ocurridos con fecha 08 de octubre de 201, sus cadáveres fueron calcinados hasta el punto en donde no puedan ser tan fácilmente identificados. Todo inicia producto de que la esposa del señor Miguel Sánchez, le dice que quiere el divorcio, al escuchar las palabras divorcio, el esposo de la madre de los hijos asesinados, se plantea en su cabeza la venganza y por ese motivo inicia la ejecución y planificación hacia sus dos hijos menores de edad...The present case is about a criminal offense for murder in which Mr. Miguel Sánchez, murders his two sons María and Miguel Sánchez Gómez, these events that occurred on October 8, 2011, their bodies were burned to the point where they can not be so easily identified.
