Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa que produzca y comercialice masa de pan congelado en la provincia de Cotopaxi, ciudad Latacunga, parroquia Ignacio Flores

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como fin determinar la factibilidad de crear una microempresa que produzca y comercialice masa de pan congelado en la provincia de Cotopaxi, ciudad Latacunga dentro de la parroquia Ignacio Flores ubicada al sur de la ciudad, considerada una parroquia urbana así como un sitio de distracción y recreación para turistas y ciudadanía en general.

El objetivo principal de este proyecto se basa en diseñar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa que ofrezca un producto útil e innovador para cubrir totalmente las expectativas de los clientes, generar rentabilidad económica y lograr posicionamiento en el mercado satisfaciendo de esta manera las necesidades de los compradores y consumidores.

En base al estudio de mercado realizado en la parroquia Ignacio Flores, lugar donde se llevará a cabo el proyecto se ha podido determinar que no existe una microempresa productora y comercializadora de masa de pan congelado y que esta idea es muy atractiva para los futuros consumidores los cuales manifiestan estar dispuestos a consumir el producto ya que les parece una oferta innovadora considerando que es un lugar en donde las familias consumen pan en gran cantidad.

En cuanto a la fundamentación legal del proyecto se ha previsto una personería jurídica que será regulada por la Superintendencia de Compañías al estar formada como una Compañía de Responsabilidad Limitada desarrollándose de acuerdo a la Ley de Compañías. La microempresa buscará cumplir la misión establecida, alcanzar su visión y cumplir los objetivos y metas planteados, en el estudio técnico se ha incluido los cargos y responsabilidades que desempeñarán las personas que ocupen los puestos generados por la empresa acorde a sus metas y necesidades.

El proyecto es viable en términos monetarios al obtener rentabilidad y liquidez al final del año fiscal, se puede resaltar también que los indicadores financieros como el VAN Y TIR son positivos y atractivos lo cual da la pauta de que el proyecto es viable para ponerlo en marcha esperando de este los mismos márgenes de ganancia estipulados en el estudio financiero.

This research project targets to determine the viability of creating a small business that produces and profit-orients frozen bread dough at the province of Cotopaxi, in Latacunga City within the community called Ignacio Flores, located in the south-side of the city, considered an urban town as well as a site for entertainment and recreation for tourists and general public.

The main objective of this project is to design a viability study for the creation of a small business that offers a suitable and innovative product to entirely come across with customer expectations, making profitability and achieve market positioning, hence summiting the needs of buyers and customers.

Based on the marketing research conducted in the community Ignacio Flores, in which the project will take place, it has been determined that there is no small manufacturer and dealer of frozen bread dough, therefore, this idea is very appealing to future customers which expressed their willingness to consume the product since it seems to them an innovative idea, considering it is a place where most families eat bread in large quantities.

Regarding the legal basis of the project, it was foreseen a legal status to be regulated by the Superintendence of Companies to be formed as a Limited Liability Company developed in agreement with the Companies Act.

This small enterprise will seek out to accomplish the established mission, achieve its vision and the goals and targets previously set, in the technical study it has been included the roles and duties to assume the people occupying the jobs generated by the company according to their goals and needs.

The project is viable in terms of money and in order to obtain profitability and liquidity at the end of the fiscal year, it could also be highlight that the financial indicators such as VAN (NPV) and TIR (IRR) are positive and attractive, which gives the outline that the project is possible to implement it, hoping for the same profit margins stipulated in the financial study.
