Ingeniería Conceptual de la herramienta Kaizen en las áreas de trabajo de la Facultad de Ingeniería Mecánica Automotriz de la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador.

Abstract

Este proyecto de investigación fue realizado para brindar un estudio de la situación actual de las áreas de trabajo de la facultad de Ingeniería Automotriz de la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador. En la actualidad la facultad de Ingeniería Automotriz cuenta con tres laboratorios, una bodega de herramientas y un área de mecánica de patio; estas áreas de trabajo presentan varios problemas de organización y ordenamiento. En principio se realizó el estudio, observando cada uno de los laboratorios y áreas de trabajo, aquí se visitó cada uno de ellos, en donde además de levantar un inventario de todos los objetos, maquetas y proyectos con los que cuenta la facultad, se tomaron fotografías de la situación actual. This investigation project was made to give a study about the current situation of the working areas in the Automotive Engineering faculty of the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador. Nowadays, the Automotive Engineering faculty has three laboratories, one tool storage and an outside mechanical area; these work areas have a lot of organization problems. At first, we study the case by watching each laboratory and work area, we visited all of them and made an inventory of all the objects, models and projects that the faculty has; we also took pictures of the current situation. All the information collected was essential to establish the problems of desorganization that exist in the faculty. With all the obtained information and knowing all the issues, we proceed to make an analysis of the changes that can be proposed; for this matter, we used the Kaizen tool in this project...
