Esta tesis propone el una intervencion urbano- arquitectonica en el parque "La Pradera"mediante el diseño arquitectonico de un centro cultural, ubicado en la parroquia San Sebastián, al sureste de la ciudad de Loja. El parque, creado en 1982 por la Junta Nacional de la Vivienda y entregado al municipio en 1995, abarca 12,494.799 m² e incluye un centro comercial municipal, una biblioteca barrial y una unidad educativa municipal, que fue creada en 2003...This thesis proposes an urban-architectural intervention in the park “La Pradera” through the architectural design of a cultural center, located in the parish of San Sebastian, southeast of the city of Loja.
