Estudio de reciclaje total de vehículos y desarrollo de un plan de tratamiento de desechos sólidos y líquidos.

Abstract

Preocupados por el impacto ambiental que generan los automotores y continuando con las enseñanzas de cuidado del medio ambiente impartidas a lo largo de nuestra carrera en la Facultad de Ingeniería Automotriz de la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador, se ha desarrollado este proyecto para aportar con una alternativa sobre el manejo de los vehículos cuando terminan su vida útil. El primer paso desarrollado fue el plantear el problema que presenta un vehículo al final de su vida útil y los desechos que genera. En la actualidad el reciclaje se enfoca mayormente en partes ferrosas, desaprovechando materiales como plásticos, resinas, cristales, caucho, entre otros. Concerned about the environmental impact generated by the motor and continuing with the lessons of environmental stewardship taught throughout our career in the School of Automotive Engineering International University of Ecuador, we have developed this project to provide an alternative on the handling of the vehicles when they complete their life.
