Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo Analizar y verificar el conjunto de los motores/generadores del Toyota Prius A 2010, con la finalidad de dar paso al proceso de aprendizaje para los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ingeniería en Mecánica Automotriz de la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador – Extensión Guayaquil. Se analiza las diferencias entre el funcionamiento del motor/generador MG1 y MG2, para lo cual se detalla que el MG1 trabaja durante el encendido del motor térmico como un motor de arranque y además como un generador para cargar la batería del vehículo híbrido.
