Abstract

En el presente trabajo sobre “Innovación Pedagógica en la Educación Intercultural Bilingüe: Herramientas didácticas para motivar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la Unidad Educativa del Milenio Intercultural Bilingüe Toñe” está enfocado en la aplicación de diversas estrategias pedagógicas innovadoras para promover un enfoque más inclusivo y un ambiente educativo multicultural. Dentro de este contexto educativo, la innovación pedagógica en esencial para optimizar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, ya que busca fusionar los saberes ancestrales y el uso de materiales autóctonos para satisfacer las necesidades de los estudiantes. El propósito institucional se centra en potenciar un liderazgo educativo que pueda promover prácticas inclusivas donde se valore la diversidad cultural, mejorar los procesos de enseñanza mediante técnicas activas y busca potenciar la utilización de recursos locales que sean fundamentales en la innovación pedagógica; todo ello se puede ejecutar mediante un sistema de evaluación constante que facilite el aprendizaje y que fomente una educación intercultural bilingüe. Además, mediante el enfoque innovador se pretende fortalecer la identidad de la unidad educativa al ser reconocida por su forma de trabajo, crear espacios de conexión con la comunidad y atraer más estudiantes de diversas comunidades. Es por este motivo que la propuesta del trabajo se enfatiza en un liderazgo educativo que fomente una educación intercultural bilingüe, destacando la utilización de recursos que estén adaptados al contexto. Para ello también es importante resaltar recursos como ferias de educación, alianzas entre la comunidad y eventos culturales. Estas tácticas buscan posicionar a la Unidad Educativa del Milenio Intercultural Bilingüe Toñe como un referente de educación bilingüe intercultural a nivel local y nacional. In the present work of “Pedagogical Innovation in Intercultural Bilingual Education: Teaching tools to motivate the teaching-learning process in the Toñe Intercultural Bilingual Millennium Educational Unit” it is focused on the application of various innovative pedagogical strategies to promote a more inclusive approach and a multicultural educational environment. Within this educational context, pedagogical innovation is essential to optimize the teaching learning process since it seeks to fuse ancestral knowledge and the use of autochthonous materials to satisfy the needs of students.The institutional purpose focuses on promoting educational leadership that can promote inclusive practices where cultural diversity is valued, improve teaching processes through active techniques and seeks to promote the use of local resources that are fundamental in pedagogical innovation; all of this can be carried out through a constant evaluation system that facilitates learning and promotes intercultural education. Furthermore, through the innovative approach, the aim is to strengthen the identity of the educational unit by being recognized for its way of working, creating spaces for connection with the community and attracting more students from diverse communities.It is for this reason that the work proposal emphasizes in an educational leadership that promotes intercultural bilingual education, highlighting the use of resources that are adapted to the context. To do this, it is also important to highlight resources such as education fairs, community alliances and cultural events. These tactics seek to position the Toñe Intercultural Bilingual Millennium Educational Unit as a reference for intercultural bilingual education at the local and national.
