Abstract

En el acto delincuencial de las personas que lo ejecutan, inciden factores que de alguna manera preceden el acto, en este estudio se pretende realizar un estudio del factor hereditario en la delincuencia, las relaciones existentes y los modelos de análisis para ejecutar el trabajo, esta investigación se apoya en diseño de investigación descriptivo, bajo un tipo de investigación cualitativa y donde se utilizan técnicas de investigación que se aplican de acuerdo al tipo de investigación, es decir, de contenido a profundidad, conjuntamente con el instrumento de fichas bibliográficas de las diferentes fuentes informativas, de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos, se concluye que todos los estudios afirman que existe una gran dependencia de lo genes al momento de determinar si pueden influir o no en el que un ser humano sea delincuente, del mismo modo, esto acompañado de un entorno social donde la persona se desenvuelva, es por ello, que aunque se hace una descripción de la genética, se ha descubierto que no existe un gen de violencia en el cuerpo humano, pero que sin duda alguna, si dentro de estos parámetros también existe un ambiente natural que se presta a este tipo de conducta, las probabilidades de que este acto delincuencial ocurra son altas.
