Abstract

Se sabe que uno de los problemas más grandes dentro de la vida universitaria es el poco tiempo disponible para poder realizar todas tus actividades de la mejor forma, también que un problema presente para los estudiantes universitarios es la alimentación que tienen debido al poco y ajustado tiempo que tienen. Es por eso por lo que en los últimos años el mercado de comida rápida ha crecido de manerasignificativa, teniendo este contexto en mente se ha decidido proponer SNACK U “servicio de alimentos mediante máquinas expendedoras modernas” una solución llamativa e innovadora para la comunidad universitaria. El proyecto consiste en instalar máquinas expendedoras inteligentes en las principales universidades de Quito, ofreciendo comidas frescas basadas en un menú rotativo compuesto por gastronomías nacionales e internacionales, que irá rotando cada 2 semanas. Las máquinas expendedoras contarán con pantallas táctiles para mostrar información nutricional, además de aceptar múltiples métodos de pago (tarjetas, QR y billeteras digitales). Un sistema inteligente gestionará el inventario, optimizando la reposición de productos y minimizando desperdicios.El negocio se orienta a la sostenibilidad, utilizando empaques biodegradables. La ubicación estratégica dentro de los campus garantizará conveniencia y alta rotación, mientras que alianzas con proveedores locales de alimentos frescos reducirán costos y tiempos de logística. La innovación y personalización serán clave para fidelizar a los usuarios y destacar frente a la competencia. It is known that one of the biggest problems in university life is the little time available to be able to carry out all your activities in the best way, and it is known that a present problem for university students is the diet they have due to the little and tight time they have. That is why in recent years the fast-food market has grown significantly, with this context in mind it has been decided to propose SNACK U “Food service through modern vending machines”, a striking and innovative solution for the university community.The project consists of installing smart vending machines in the main universities of Quito, offering fresh meals based on a rotating menu composed of national and international cuisines, which will rotate every 2 weeks. The vending machines will have touch screens to display nutritional information, in addition to accepting multiple payment methods (cards, QR and digital wallets). An intelligent system will manage inventory, optimizing product replenishment and minimizing waste.The business is oriented towards sustainability, using biodegradable packaging. Strategic location within campuses will ensure convenience and high turnover, while alliances with local fresh food suppliers will reduce logistics costs and times. Innovation and customization will be key to building user loyalty and standing out from the competition.
