Integración de Balística, Prueba Pericial y Técnicas de Audio y Video Forense en la investigación criminal

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se aborda de manera integral tres áreas clave dentro del ámbito de la investigación forense; Balística, Audio y Video Forense y Prueba Pericial y Sistemas Integrados de Gestión. En el capítulo de Balística, se exploró los compendios básicos que rigen la actuación de las armas de fuego y toda su estructura. El siguiente capítulo de Audio y Video Forense se agrupa en el estudio de audio y video, detallando el proceso de verificación de autenticad de las grabaciones, incluyendo métodos y herramientas para detectar posibles manipulaciones. Finalmente, en la última sección dedicada a lo que refiere a Prueba Pericial y Sistemas integrados de Gestión, permiten abordar desde el ámbito legal características e importancia de la prueba y como estas pueden influir en ser o no utilizadas en un proceso legal. Dentro de cada materia se aplicó en método PBL (Project Based Learning), con el cual permitió desarrollar habilidades y aplicar conocimientos para la resolución de estudios de casos simulados, basados en un método cualitativo, análisis teórico – analítico y método sintético. La integración de estas tres áreas permite tener una perspectiva clara sobre la importancia de la exactitud técnica y rigurosidad científica en cada etapa del proceso. This research work comprehensively addresses three key areas within the field of forensic investigation; Ballistics, Forensic Audio and Video and Forensic Evidence and Integrated Management Systems. In the Ballistics chapter, we explored the basic principles that govern the behavior of firearms and all the parts that compose it. The following chapter on Audio and Video Forensics focuses on audio and video analysis, detailing the process of verifying the authenticity of the recordings, including methods and tools to detect possible manipulations. Finally, in the last section dedicated to what refers to Forensic Evidence and Integrated Management Systems, they allow to approach from the legal scope characteristics and importance of the evidence and how these can influence whether or not to be used in a legal process. Within each subject, the PBL (Project Based Learning) method was applied, which allowed developing skills and applying knowledge for the resolution of simulated case studies, based on a qualitative method, theoretical-analytical analysis and synthetic method. The integration of these three areas allows to have a clear vision about the importance of technical precision and scientific rigor in each stage of the process.
