Proyecto de modernización para el Tecnicentro Ing. Vinicio Ramirez & Cia.Ltda

Abstract

El Tecnicentro Ing. Vinicio Ramírez Cía. Ltda., se encuentra ubicado en la provincia Bolívar ciudad Guaranda, en las calles Av. Elisa marino y calle el molino. La actividad principal es la de dar mantenimiento a camionetas automóviles, y vehículos de carga pesada 90 En la actualidad, en el mercado son siete los talleres existentes alrededor del lugar entre los cuales TECNICENTRO ING. VINICIO RAMÍREZ CIA., posee el 30% del mercado, siendo así el líder en brindar este servicio. La mala optimización de la planta y el desperdicio de los recursos, tiene preocupados a los propietarios, ya que al largo plazo esto puede traer bajas utilidades, pérdida de la cartera de clientes y baja participación en el mercado. El presente proyecto, surge de la necesidad de dar solución a estos problemas, que no le permiten que el servicio automotriz sea más eficaz; el realizar un proceso de modernización le permitirá ofrecer más servicios a sus clientes en condiciones idóneas y aumentar la demanda atendida, con el fin de mantenerse en el mercado y seguir creciendo y compitiendo con los demás centros de servicio automotor. Además la entrega de este proyecto trae consigo la identificación y evaluación de impactos ambientales relacionados con la infraestructura, equipamiento y actividades que se ejecutan en Tecnicentro, generando una actitud participativa que mejore la imagen de Tecnicentro ante la población circundante y minimizar riesgos de trabajo a través de la capacitación en seguridad e higiene industrial. La modernización de la mecánica, constituye un factor importante para los habitantes de Guaranda, al contar con un Tecnicentro automotriz amplio y moderno en el que podrán solucionar todos los problemas que tienen con sus autos y reducir la tasa de accidentes de tránsito que se da por las malas condiciones del vehículo que es del 1.3% que representa 333 accidentes por daños mecánicos.

Besides the delivery of this project entails the identification and assessment of environmental impacts related to infrastructure, equipment and activities that run on Tecnicentro, creating a participatory approach to improve the image of Tecnicentro to the surrounding population and minimize workplace hazards through training in safety and industrial hygiene. The modernization of mechanics, is an important factor for the inhabitants of Guaranda, by having a large, modern automotive Tecnicentro where they can solve all the problems they have with their cars and reduce traffic accidents rate is given by the poor condition of the vehicle that is 1.3% which represents 333 accidents by mechanical damage.
