Propuesta de estándares de gestión medio ambiental en talleres de mantenimiento automotriz

Abstract

La lógica consecuencia del impacto medio ambiental, sumado a un mercado cada vez más restrictivo, que se fundamenta en los precios, más que en la calidad de los servicios, especialmente en los talleres automotrices informales, que por lo general, adquieren, productos y servicios de mala calidad, y de bajo precio, y después al momento de desechar estos materiales, no los hacen de la manera indicada, contribuyendo a empeorar la contaminación en el distrito metropolitano, por ello es indispensable que las personas que son propietarios y trabajadores, que ocupan sus puestos de trabajo en esta área, comiencen una sensibilización al cambio, para de esta manera disminuir la contaminación medio ambiental. Teniendo como objetivo general de este proyecto: “Proponer estándares de Gestión Ambiental en talleres de mantenimiento automotriz”, es necesario tomar en cuenta todo lo antedicho. Para ello vamos a dar soluciones integrales y a poner controles para optimizar el manejo de los residuos tóxicos, ya que este tiene un impacto diario en la ciudad y en la vida de las personas. El desarrollo del pensamiento estratégico, decididamente está atado al nivel de conocimiento de las personas, así como, a su madurez ejecutiva, principios y valores, ética en los negocios y al empoderamiento y desarrollo de sus habilidades, destrezas y actitudes, sustentadas en un perfil adecuado.

The logical consequence of the environmental impact, added to a more restrictive market, which is based on prices, rather than on the quality of services, especially in the informal automotive workshops, who generally acquire, products and services of poor quality and low price, and then time to dispose of these materials, not make them the right way contributing to the worsening pollution in the Metropolitan District, therefore it is essential that the owners and workers, who occupy their posts in this area, begin an awareness to change, to thus reduce environmental pollution. With the overall objective of this project: "Proposing standards for environmental management in automotive maintenance workshops", must be taken into account all the above. To this end we are going to give integral solutions and implement controls to optimize the handling of toxic waste, this has a daily impact on the city and people's lives. The development of strategic thinking is strongly tied to the level of knowledge of people, as well as, its Executive maturity, principles and values, ethics in business and to the empowerment and development of their abilities, skills and attitudes, based on a suitable profile. This development must be tied to a demanding plan's awareness and changed, both technique and skills; forcing this way to everyone involved in automotive workshops, are aware of the impact that this change will cause in the environment and thus have a higher level of professionalism in their work, making him grow to the automotive market.
