Principales acciones desarrolladas por el gobierno actual en la lucha contra el narcotráfico en cooperación con Colombia, periodo 2012 – 2014

Abstract

El proyecto de investigación titulado “Principales acciones desarrolladas por el gobierno actual en la lucha contra el narcotráfico en cooperación con Colombia, periodo 2012 – 2014” traza cuatro capítulos en los cuáles, de manera deductiva, se considera la forma mediante la cual se han llevado las principales acciones entre Ecuador y Colombia en materia de cooperación binacional para la lucha contra el narcotráfico. El primer capítulo constará del marco teórico y conceptual que se utilizará para la intuición y comprensión de la elaboración de la investigación. Como teorías base para realizar este estudio será la Interdependencia planteada por Robert Keohane que se define como una dependencia mutua entre los Estados con un fin. Es decir, los estados trabajan en conjunto recíprocamente, además de esta teoría, se usará Liberalismo Clásico cuyo rol el de resolver disputas, conflictos y problemas a través del diálogo. De manera general las Relaciones Internacionales enfatiza a las posibilidades de cambio, para que exista una mayor armonía en la sociedad internacional. De tal manera que se podría establecer el primer capítulo como “Marco teórico y conceptual”.

The research project entitled "Key actions taken by the current government in the fight against drug trafficking in cooperation with Colombia, period 2012 - 2014" traces four chapters which, deductively, considering the way in which have been the main actions between Ecuador and Colombia on binational cooperation in the fight against drug trafficking. The first chapter will consist of theoretical and conceptual framework to be used for the insight and the development of research. As theories basis for this study will be presented by Robert Keohane Interdependence is defined as a mutual dependence between states with a purpose. That is, the states work together mutually in addition to this theory, Classical Liberalism whose role will be used to settle disputes, conflicts and problems through dialogue. Generally International Relations emphasizes the possibilities of change, so that there is greater harmony in international society. So that it could establish the first chapter as "theoretical and conceptual framework". The second chapter discusses the evolution of drug trafficking will be discussed between the years 2012-2014, so, to understand whether this development in a globalized world is a challenge for bilateral cooperation between Ecuador and Colombia. Therefore, it is important to analyze the drug in detail, with all its characteristics and consequences.
