Estudio de Oferta y Demanda de Servicio de Transporte Comercial para el Cantón Zaruma, Provincia de El Oro, Ecuador

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene el propósito de determinar si existe la suficiente oferta de transporte comercial en el cantón Zaruma, a fin de conocer si existe o no unidades que cubran la demanda del servicio, y sobre la base de ello en caso de ser necesario regularizar operadoras de transporte que satisfagan la necesidad de la población. Este estudio tendrá fuerte impacto de manera directa en la movilidad urbana, debido a que se permitirá encontrar un equilibrio entre la oferta y demanda de estos servicios, determinados así, si existe la factibilidad de realizar el incremento o no del número de unidades existentes en el cantón para prestar los servicios de transporte comercial, buscando siempre satisfacer las necesidades del usuario de este tipo de transporte. También nos permitirá determinar las zonas que requieren atención por parte de este servicio en base a las costumbres de movilidad de los usuarios.
