Diseño e Implementación de una Bahía de Trabajo para Mantenimientos Preventivos Programados de Vehículos Livianos

Abstract

En la actualidad, el rápido y constante crecimiento del parque automotriz en el Ecuador a promovido la expansión del negocio de prestación de Servicios de Mantenimiento Automotriz, muchos de estos establecimientos no cumplen con las normativas legales dispuestas por las diferentes autoridades y entidades locales de control, tampoco se ofrece un servicio de calidad, razón por la cual se propone el “DISEÑO E IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UNA BAHÍA DE TRABAJO DE MECÁNICA AUTOMOTRIZ PARA MANTENIMIENTOS PREVENTIVOS PROGRAMADOS DE VEHÍCULOS LIVIANOS”. Dentro de este proyecto se plantea equipar un puesto de trabajo, con todas las herramientas y equipos necesarios para brindar un servicio de calidad, cumpliendo con las normativas vigentes referente a los aspectos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambientales, como producto de este proceso se puede llegar a garantizar un servicio eficiente.

During this time, the fast and constantly grow of the automobile activity in Ecuador, has been promoted the expansion of the Automobile Maintenance Services. Lots of these establishments don’t follow the legal normative imposed by the different authorities and local control institutions, in addition they offer a poor quality service. Based on that the project “DISEÑO E IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UNA BAHÍA DE TRABAJO DE MECÁNICA AUTOMOTRIZ PARA MANTENIMIENTOS PREVENTIVOS PROGRAMADOS DE VEHÍCULOS LIVIANOS” has been proposed. This project established the way to fitting out a workstation, with all the tools and necessary equipment to offer a high quality service, obeying all the legal normative related to Health, Security and Environment. As a product of this process an efficiency service can be guarantee.
