Implementación de una lavadora de autos con un sistema de reutilización de agua en la ciudad de Loja

Abstract

El objetivo de este proyecto fue implementar una lavadora de autos con un sistema de reutilización de agua en la ciudad de Loja, orientado a maximizar la eficiencia en el uso del vital líquido y a promover prácticas sostenibles dentro del sector automovilístico. En la metodología se empleó una investigación carácter descriptivo, lo que ha permitido detallar la situación actual de la problemática en estudio. Además, se utilizó métodos y técnicas de investigación cualitativas como entrevistas, y demás herramientas con un especial enfoque en el Design Thinking para fomentar soluciones centradas en el usuario. En los resultados, se aplicaron las cuatro fases de la metodología Design Thinking: empatizar, definir, idear, prototipar y testear. Cada etapa contribuyó a la comprensión profunda de las necesidades de los clientes y a la generación de soluciones innovadoras. También, se elaboró un plan de marketing para determinar la viabilidad comercial del proyecto y un plan financiero para evaluar la sostenibilidad económica de la implementación propuesta. Por lo tanto, en las conclusiones se determinó que la implementación de esta lavadora de autos es viable técnica y financieramente, de tal manera que, representa un avance hacia la sostenibilidad en la gestión de recursos hídricos en la ciudad de Loja. The objective of this project was to implement a car washing machine with a water reuse system in the city of Loja, aimed at maximizing efficiency in the use of this vital liquid and promoting sustainable practices within the automotive sector. The methodology used was descriptive research, which has made it possible to detail the current situation of the problem under study. In addition, qualitative research methods and techniques were used, such as interviews and other tools with a special focus on Design Thinking to promote user-centered solutions. In the results, the four phases of the Design Thinking methodology were applied: empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. Each stage contributed to the deep understanding of customer needs and the generation of innovative solutions. Also, a marketing plan was developed to determinethe commercial viability of the project and a financial plan to evaluate the economic sustainability of the proposed implementation. Therefore, in the conclusions it was determined that the implementation of this car washing machine is technically and financially feasible, in such a way that it represents a significant advance towards sustainability in the management of water resources in the city of Loja.
