Análisis y optimización de la estructura de costos De la empresa Importrackmaq Cia Ltda., en Cuenca

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como propósito realizar un análisis completo de la estructura de costos actual de la empresa Importrackmaq CIA Ltda, identificando oportunidades de optimización para mejorar su eficiencia y rentabilidad.La empresa Importrackmaq, fundada en 2008 y ubicada en Cuenca, se dedica a la comercialización de maquinaria pesada para la construcción y minería, representando marcas de renombre global. Si bien sus ventas han crecido en los últimos años, su rentabilidad no ha evolucionado al mismo ritmo.El estudio buscó entender en detalle la composición de rubros clave como importaciones, logística, administración e infraestructura; calculando su participación relativa sobre los costos totales. También detectar áreas específicas donde pudieran existir gastos excesivos o malas prácticas.La investigación empleó técnicas cuantitativas como análisis financiero de costos históricos, y cualitativas como entrevistas a directivos y observación de procesos. Se realizó además un benchmarking frente a empresas referentes. The purpose of this research was to carry out a complete analysis of the current cost structure of the company Importrackmaq CIA Ltda, identifying optimization opportunities to improve its efficiency and profitability.The Importrackmaq company, founded in 2008 and located in Cuenca, is dedicated to the marketing of heavy machinery for construction and mining, representing globally renowned brands. Although its sales have grown in recent years, its profitability has not evolved at the same pace.The study sought to understand in detail the composition of key items such as imports, logistics, administration and infrastructure; calculating their relative participation in the total costs. Also detect specific areas where excessive expenses or bad practices may exist.The research used quantitative techniques such as financial analysis of historical costs, and qualitative techniques such as interviews with managers and observation of processes. Benchmarking was also carried out against reference companies.
