Propuesta de diseño urbano-arquitectónico de un centro cultural para la ciudad de Zamora, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe

Abstract

En la actualidad, existe un déficit de infraestructura cultural en el cantón Zamora, especialmente en la parroquia urbana de Zamora, donde la mayoría de los equipamientos culturales se encuentran cerrados o en mal estado. Esta situación representa un obstáculo importante para la realización de eventos y actividades socio-culturales. Por esta razón, las autoridades del cantón Zamora han propuesto la creación de un espacio cultural dedicado a estas prácticas.Por consiguiente, el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo el diseño arquitectónico de un Centro Cultural para la parroquia de Zamora. Este proyecto se llevará a cabo en tres etapas: una revisión bibliográfica para comprender la infraestructura cultural existente, un análisis y diagnóstico del sitio para determinar la ubicación óptima del centro, y finalmente el desarrollo de la propuesta arquitectónica, aplicando los resultados obtenidos en las etapas anteriores.Es importante destacar que la relevancia de este proyecto radica en la utilización de materiales locales económicos para el uso constructivo del proyecto, como el bambú, siendo este un reto importante para llevar a cabo el desarrollo del proyecto.Como resultado, se pretende crear diversos espacios culturales nuevos, como talleres de pintura, danza, sala de exposiciones, biblioteca pública y ludoteca. Estos espacios estarán diseñados de manera flexible para permitir su adaptación a las necesidades de la comunidad, especialmente de los estudiantes, con el objetivo de fomentar y promover la cultura en la parroquia de Zamora.
