Diseño Arquitectónico del Mercado Municipal de el Pangui bajo Criterios de Reciclaje Arquitectónico

Abstract

El cantón El Pangui cabecera cantonal de la Provincia de Zamora Chinchipe está ubicada en la zona sur oriental del país, tiene una población de 11.300 mil habitantes (INEC,2010). Por otra parte, cuenta con un solo mercado municipal, que no cubre las necesidades requeridas de la población y con el programa arquitectónico para este tipo de equipamiento. El objetivo es diseñar una propuesta arquitectónica del mercado para el cantón El Pangui aplicando criterios de reciclaje arquitectónico que permitan aprovechar y adaptar la estructura existente a la nueva propuesta. Para el desarrollo de la investigación fue necesario previamente, cuatros pasos, En primer lugar, conocer sobre la problemática y las necesidades, conceptos de mercados, tipos, clasificación, zonas, de la misma manera sobre el reciclaje arquitectónico. En segundo lugar, se estudia los referentes, tomando en cuenta criterios que se puedan aprovechar en la nueva propuesta del mercado. En tercero, el análisis del sitio, aprovechando potencialidades, debilidades y estrategias de diseño. En cuarto se desarrollar la propuesta del proyecto. Los principales resultados indicaron que la estructura existente se encuentra en condiciones de volver a ser reutilizada y que hay elementos que ponen en peligro a la misma, ante ello se aplica el reciclaje arquitectónico en toda su estructura, con el fin de alargar la vida útil del equipamiento comercial, ante ello se plantea una proyección de 15 años que cubra la demanda de la población, para lo cual se desarrolla en 2 niveles, cumpliendo con el programa arquitectónico para mercados cantonales, brindando espacios óptimos, funcionales, organizados, facilitando el comercio y mejorando la imagen de la ciudad. Secondly, the referents are studied, taking into account criteria that can be used in the new market proposal. Third, the analysis of the site, taking advantage of potentialities, weaknesses and design strategies. In the fourth, the project proposal will be developed.The main results indicated that the existing structure is in a condition to be reused again and that there are elements that endanger it, in view of this, architectural recycling is applied throughout its structure, in order to extend the useful life of the structure. commercial equipment, before this a 15-year projection is proposed that covers the demand of the population, for which it is developed on 2 levels, complying with the architectural program for cantonal markets, providing optimal, functional, organized spaces, facilitating trade and improving the image of the city.
