Diseño de un centro recreativo para la parroquia de Casanga, cantón Paltas

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se lo plantea debido a que en la actualidad la parroquia de Casanga no cuenta con un centro recreativo para abastecer a la población urbana existente.De acuerdo con la normativa establecida por la OMS se necesita 9m2 de espacio dedicado a la recreación por habitante, pero en la parroquia Casanga solamente hay 0,63 m2 por habitante, lo que resulta en un déficit de 8,37 m2.La población de Casanga y de sus alrededores tienden a viajar a la ciudad para poder realizar actividades de esparcimiento social y obtener víveres necesarios para su diario vivir.Frente a estas condiciones se plantea una propuesta arquitectónica para un centro recreacional en la parroquia de Casanga, Cantón Paltas, en donde se proponen objetivos concretos, mismos que permiten disminuir el déficit urbano recreativo de la parroquia; encontrando un terreno adecuado para realizar esta propuesta, perteneciente a la UNL y que se encuentra ubicado frente al atractivo turístico del chorro del Almendral.Por ende, la nueva propuesta arquitectónica busca potenciar la integración social de los pobladores del sector y sus alrededores, mejorando la imagen urbana y manteniéndola en buenas condiciones utilizando nuevas estrategias arquitectónicas en Casanga. This research work is proposed because currently the parish of Casanga does not have a recreational center to supply the existing urban population.According to the regulations established by the WHO, 9m2 of space dedicated to recreation per inhabitant is needed, but in the Casanga parish there is only 0.63 m2 per inhabitant, which results in a deficit of 8.37 m2.The population of Casanga and its surroundings tend to travel to the city to carry out social recreation activities and obtain supplies necessary for their daily lives.Faced with these conditions, an architectural proposal is proposed for a recreational center in the parish of Casanga, Cantón Paltas, where specific objectives are proposed, which allow reducing the urban recreational deficit of the parish; finding a suitable land to carry out this proposal, belonging to the UNL and located in front of the tourist attraction of the Almendral jet.Therefore, the new architectural proposal seeks to enhance the social integration of the residents of the sector and its surroundings, improving the urban image and keeping it in good condition using new architectural strategies in Casanga.
