Abstract: El proyecto propone diseñar un centro de innovación y artes en la ciudad de Loja, aplicando conceptos espaciales de arquitectura orgánica. El objetivo principal es general el diseño arquitectónico para el centro que oriente y potencie a los nuevos emprendedores en la planificación de ideas de negocios y desarrollo de investigaciones. Estudiantes y profesionales en la actualidad apuestan por espacios de trabajo colaborativo que se identifican como espacios verstariles y dinamicos, que en este caso busca complementar con la arquitectura orgánica que se caracteriza por tener armonía entre el hábitat humano y el hábitat natural, usando materiales orgánicos del lugar, lo menos procesados posibles, y reciclados para respetar la naturaleza ya que representa un cambio innovador y evolutivo en el desarrollo de la innovación y la educación en la ciudad. Se empleará una metodología experimental, descriptiva y cualitativa. Esta metodología permitirá analizar detalladamente el entorno y recopilar información sobre los programas y estudios de aprendizaje existentes. Se tomará en cuenta la opinión y las necesidades de los estudiantes y profesionales encuestados en la zona estudiada.The proposal for the innovation and arts center is materialized through the integration of uniform blocks with diverse functions, which make up a unified structure. These blocks are connected through the strategic presence of vegetation and internal corridors, thus creating spaces conducive to collaborative work and other complementary activities. Concepts and strategies such as the incorporation of plant barriers, green squares and other measures will be implemented. In addition, the preference for the integration of plant elements in the design of the center is emphasized, which will allow fluid connections to be established between the interior and exterior of the building. The project proposes to design an innovation and art center in the city of Loja, applying spatial concepts of organic architecture. The main objective is to provide an architectural design for the center to guide and empower new entrepreneurs in business idea planning and research development.
