Análisis de variación de temperatura en transmisiones EATON FULLER 16918B en tracto camiones Internacional 9200 mediante muestreo de aceite y su influencia en el desgaste prematuro de la transmisión

Abstract

Uno de los factores de mayor importancia para prolongar el tiempo de vida útil de las trasmisiones es la temperatura ideal de funcionamiento del aceite lubricante, debido a que de esta manera se minimiza el desgaste por roce de las piezas en contacto. Se registraron problemas en las transmisiones EATON FULLER 16918B de tracto camiones, identificando como causa principal el sobrecalentamiento y desgaste mecánico. One of the most important factors to prolong the useful life of transmissions is the ideal operating temperature of the lubricating oil, because in this way the wear due to friction of the parts in contact is minimized. Problems were recorded in EATON FULLER 16918B transmissions for truck tractors, identifying overheating and mechanical wear as the main cause.
