Abstract: This section describes the mechanical design and the components selected for the construction of the prototype. It explores the fundamental engineering facet for the successful realization of the project. This section dives into the design principles and processes applied to the development of an automated system for drug delivery by fingerprint verification, highlighting the importance of efficiency, accuracy and reliability in each mechanical element of the system. Also it explores the design decisions that support the integrity and durability of the system, ensuring that it meets the quality standards required for application in medical environments and satisfies end-user expectations.
