Centro Artesanal para el comerciante artesano - artífice en la Mariscal y Santa Clara

Abstract

Este trabajo de titulación propone un centro de difusión, aprendizaje y desarrollo para el comerciante - artesano artífice de la Mariscal y Santa Clara para promover el turismo cultural, que favorecerá los ingresos económicos al sector y a su vez fortalecerá el desarrollo identitario del mismo. El objetivo de la propuesta es el mejorar las condiciones laborales de los comerciantes - artesanos de este sector, brindando espacios formativos, expositivos, de refacción y de comercio. Las estrategias de diseño se vieron definidas por un análisis del sector a implantar, por entrevistas, encuestas y análisis literario, tomando en cuenta las condicionantes y los puntos de interés dentro del ámbito artesanal, dando lugar a un entendimiento de las necesidades formales de estos usuarios. La composición del proyecto se ve definida por las pautas designadas al lote por el informe de regulación metropolitana, por las relaciones visuales del proyecto con su contexto, rompiendo la lógica visual del sector con una cubierta orgánica basada en las conexiones peatonales internas del proyecto, espacios abiertos y su entorno con transparencia. This degree work proposes diffusion, learning and development center for the artisan-merchant of La Mariscal and Santa Clara to promote cultural tourism, which will favor the economic income of the sector and at the same time will strengthen the identity development of the same. The objective of the proposal is to improve the working conditions of the merchants - artisans of this sector, providing training, exhibition, refurbishment and commercial spaces. The design strategies were defined by an analysis of the sector to be implemented, interviews, surveys and literary analysis, taking into account the conditions and points of interest within the artisan field, resulting in an understanding of the formal needs of these users.The composition of the project is defined by the guidelines designated to the lot by the metropolitan regulation report, by the visual relations of the project with its context, breaking the visual logic of the sector with an organic cover based on the internal pedestrian connections of the project, open spaces and its environment with transparency.
