Desarrollo de un software de diagnóstico nutricional enfocando en indicadores antropométricos que facilitará la aplicación del proceso alimentario nutricional (P.A.N.) febrero – julio 2022

Abstract

Es muy importante recopilar de manera exhaustiva y cuidadosa los datos antropométricos que conducen a la identificación de un problema nutricional es así que nace la idea de crear un software de diagnóstico nutricional enfocado en el componente antropométrico el que facilitará el manejo del proceso alimentario nutricional (P.A.N.).Por este motivo se diseñó un software a través de la plataforma Visual Fox Pro en el cual se ingresará los indicadores y variables antropométricas junto con los puntos de corte preestablecidos para obtener un diagnóstico del paciente en el cual se tiene a disposición toda la información previa del paciente ya que contamos con una base de datos. Este software facilitará el cálculo inmediato de los datos antropométricos y fórmulas ingresadas lo que permitirá un análisis apropiado y formular un diagnóstico adecuado y oportuno del estado nutricional y de la composición corporal del paciente atendido por parte del profesional en nutrición, cuenta con un informe general del proceso como también con gráficas de seguimiento y/o evolución de este. It is really important to collect the anthropometric data of a patient in an exhaustive and careful way, this will lead us to identify any nutritional problem of the patient. Thinking about that is how the idea of creating this nutritional diagnostic software came up, the main idea is to make the “P.A.N” process easier by focusing on the anthropometric component. For that reason, we designed this software using the platform “VISUAL FOX PRO” where the variables, indicators and including the preset breakpoints will be entered to have the diagnosis of the patient, there we will found all the previous patient information since we have the access to a database.This software will facilitate the immediate calculation of the anthropometric data and entered formulas, this allows the nutrition professional to carry out a proper analysis and diagnosis about the nutritional status and the body composition for the treated patient. It also includes a general report of all the process with monitoring and evolution graphs of the patient.
