Estudio de factibilidad de la implementación de servicio de mantenimiento de vehículos eléctricos en la empresa Tecni Auto

Abstract

A partir de la necesidad de solventar los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de los nuevos modelos de los vehículos que presentan nuevas tecnologías en el campo automotriz, esto conlleva a implementar nuevos servicios en el Taller Tecni Auto para poder solventar las necesidades del renovado parque automotor de la ciudad de Quito, en donde se están introduciendo nuevos modelos de vehículos eléctricos. Como parte de la metodología en la presente investigación se utilizó el método cualitativo utilizando la encuesta para la recolección de datos de la satisfacción de los clientes al momento de ingresar su vehículo a los mantenimientos, la segunda metodología que se utilizo es la cuantitativa analítica que nos permite determinar si la implementación de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de vehículos eléctricos es factible económicamente, la tercera metodología que se utilizó es la bibliográfica documental con la finalidad de tener en cuenta las normas ya existentes para ofertar los servicios de los vehículos eléctricos. From the need to solve the preventive and corrective maintenance of the new models of the vehicles that present new technologies in the automotive field, this leads to implement new services in the Tecni Auto Workshop to be able to solve the needs of the renewed automotive fleet of the city of Quito, where new models of electric vehicles are being introduced. As part of the methodology in the present investigation, the qualitative method was used using the survey for the collection of customer satisfaction data at the time of entering their vehicle for maintenance, the second methodology that was used is the quantitative 2 analytical one that allows to determine if the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance of electric vehicles is economically feasible, the third methodology that was used is the documentary bibliography in order to take into account the existing standards to offer the services of electric vehicles.
